📋 Please Read Before Placing Your Order
To make sure your order goes smoothly and reaches the right student, here's what you need to know:
1. Student Name & Grade Are Required
When adding an item to your cart, enter the student's full name and grade (or room number) in the field provided. If you prefer not to use the student's name, enter their Student ID# instead. This helps the front office deliver each order to the correct student.
Example: John Doe #511234 Room #11
2. Select Pickup at Checkout — Delivery is to the School Only
At checkout, please select the Pickup option and choose your school. We do not ship to home addresses — all orders are delivered to the school's front office. Pickup/delivery to school is free!
3. Use a Valid Email or Phone Number
Make sure your contact information is correct so we can reach you if needed regarding your order.
4. Orders Take Up to 2 Weeks to Process
Please allow up to two weeks for your order to be processed. You will receive a notification once your order has been delivered to the school.
5. Special Requests? Leave a Note in Your Cart
If you have a special request or plan to pick up the order personally, use the note field in your cart to let us know.
